Ensure your TVDB scraper is updated to v3.0.5
Otherwise provide a Debug Log which captures an Update Library as follows

- Restart Kodi
- Replicate the problem. Run an Update Library

Go to Add-ons>My Add-ons, pull out the left sideblade menu and select Check For Updates... https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on_manager#Le...debar_menu
It should then auto update if you haven't changed any settings. If it does not auto update, then go back to the add-on settings page for TVDB and select Update.
Update your Repository.
Go to Add-ons>My Add-ons, pull out the left sideblade menu and select Check For Updates... https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on_manager#Le...debar_menu
It should then auto update if you haven't changed any settings. If it does not auto update, then go back to the add-on settings page for TVDB and select Update.

You no longer get the top-rated art, it's just whatever is listed first in the API.

TVDB scraper seems to be broken for last 24 hours at least?

Just noticed your post about the updated addon and xslt.
That reminded me that I had disabled xslt in my docker headless build as wasn't sure it was needed.
That will be the issue (me trying to save space)!
