Linux Kde window decoration crash after leaving fullscreen to windowed mode

Hi there guys and girlz,
I an using Kubuntu 18.04
So when i am  leaving fullscreen to windowed mode Kde window decoration crash ...
Does anyone know why? or have a fix for this?

Any particular Kodi skin that is being used?
Debug log and crash log are also welcome.

Kodi survives? Make sure to file that with your KDE guys, an application should never kill the WM.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
