I'm using a MacBook Pro with Mac)s High Sierra.  I'm having problems with display resolution in windowed mode. It is stuck at 2413x1078 and I can't figure out how to change it back. I can change the full screen mode and have but in Windowed mode displays so huge I can only see a tiny corner of the video. Help!

There is your problem. And that 'build' you've installed too.
Kodi's iOS support will vanish once Apple fully deprecates OpenGL and OpenCL.

This kind of an answer does not help here. Absolutely not related to the issue.

I do most of my developement on a Mac, btw.
