Automatic rename doesn't deleted all files downloaded/created (fanart, poster, nfo).
This is what i do:
copy file vidoe in a main directory;
check it with scraper;
rename it;
at this point tmm create a directory with the correct name of the file, copy on it all files (video, jpg, nfo) and rename them correctly BUT on main directory still remain some files (fanart, poster, nfo).

thanks for the report. Looks like we have introduced a bug while fixing an issue especially for OSX...
there is also an issue at github now: https://github.com/tinyMediaManager/tiny...issues/333 - you can follow this issue there
