I have a small project I am working on that requires some custom skin development.

The goal of the project is to produce a demo and therefore does not need to be perfect.

Hoping to simply modify an existing skin, perhaps FireTV.

Initial budget is very small, around $500.00 .....I have no idea how many changes that could buy?

Some initial requirements

- strip out various menus
- configure custom tv guide/channels  &  live streams/channels
- discuss options for "paid access areas"  "token challenge when accessing a content area"
