I have installed Kodi on other Apple TV's before successfully (I have 2 TV4's and one is working fine). I have a developer account as well. I upgraded one Apple TV 4 to the beta OS and Kodi didn't work. Wouldn't even open, I click it and it just 'jiggled' a bit and did nothing. My Dev account did expire but has since been renewed. I also wiped out my Apple TV and restored it fresh and still can't get Kodi to open no matter how I side load it. I have used Xcode and IOS Signer method and the Cydia Impactor method but neither with any positive results. I am using my Mac to do all the work.

Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions?

You need to resign kodi with your new certificate and create a new provisioning profile. It’s not launching because the old certificate is invalid.
