Version 3.5.2 on Kodi 18

xtream-editor list being pulled in, no matter what I do, it starts channel numbering at one, even though "Start Channel..." is from 1000

Have
Use channel numbers from backend OFF
Use channel order form Backend ON
Sync Channel groups is ON

Any help please?

I would also like to know if this can done - to start the Channel # (for the Simple Client) @ 1000 - or some other value. 

I have a TVHeadEnd back-end (for IPTV channels which CAN be recorded). 

If the Simple Client Channel#'s could be numbered 1000+, it would be obvious that these Channels can NOT be recorded.

Otherwise, when you attempt to record (a Simple Client Channel) you get a "can't record" error (not sure of the exact text).

This does not pass the the "spousal ease of use" test.
