Hello hope you are well , apologies for my naiveity .
I have merrily been running kodi on a Firestick for some time now , various streaming services etc .
We recently changed our internet provider from sky to plusnet ( which is running at a decent 36 mb)
However live tv will not play . One of 3 happens .
Loading circle for ages until you finally get the message one or more items failed to load
Or
It plays for a few seconds then stops
Or it doesn’t play at all and boots me to the Firestick home screen .
I found an seo Michael article about changing security settings for the new provider however that hasn’t worked . Any ideas most welcome

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs

Ok will do , I’m not that tech savvy so getting the log from my Firestick a new challenge for me . I’ll get reading
