trailers are being downloaded manually or per scrape.
an extra cmd-option to DL trailer is not planned

One thing I suggest is to open the tinyMediaManager in GUI mode, set all options you're interested (there's an option to automatically download trailers) and then run the scrape with the commandline.
All options are saved in data/config.xml of your tmm installation (at least this is the location in Linux), so, if you're using a headless mode (like a dedicated media box) you can set all configuration in your machine and then copy your newly created config.xml to your headless machine.
I even think this should be added to the official docs concerning the commandline interface.
