I'll give it a test tonight on my windows setup and see if I can make a trac ticket.

It looks like this has been addressed with the Beta 4 release, at least for Windows & LibreELEC. The boost center channel when downmix adjustments now sticks between re-starts!

Thanks Kodi developers!

Yep I submitted the issue on GitHub an it was fixed within 12hrs!

Just shows if people take the time to make the issue with a debug log file it can help a lot Smile

I just installed V18 Beta 5 (I've never seen a beta 5 before!) and can confirm proper operation on my Nvidia Shield (Oreo) and Bravia TV (Nougat).
Great work everyone.

What are the 'default' settings for these new options? My audio doesn't seem quite right compared to my last system (running 17) and no matter how much I play with the sliders I can't get to a satisfactory audio setting.

It's frustrating because I can't put my finger on why it's not right. Something about the center channel is messed up.
