Hi,
I'm having a strange problem on Kodi 17.6 Git:20171114-a9a7a20 running on a Mac Mini (Late 2014 model), installed via disk image installer downloaded from Kodi site.
I am able to start Kodi from the Apple remote, and control it without problems until I enter a file list view (Videos, TV Shows, Movies, Music, ...), upon which the remote stops responding. If I use a keyboard to go back to the menu, however, the remote works again. The same happened every time.
This was using the "Arctic Zephyr" skin. However, when I switched to the default skin, navigation started working also in the file lists. I am pretty confused how the skin choice would have an effect on the remote working (or not).
None of the button presses on the remote, whether working or not, show up in the debug log. In fact, there is no output at all in regard to the remote, very different from keyboard presses, which show up in great detail.
Have you got any idea how the skin could affect the basic functionality of the remote?
