Can you set up live TV on Kodi using the Official Xbox One Digital TV Tuner?

If you're from the UK, I'm trying to set up Freeview. I would like to record stuff to the Xbox, is this possible?

No, at least not unless you forget about the Xbox console part and instead connect the Xbox One Digital TV Tuner via USB to a Raspberry Pi (or PC) and use it with a third-party PVR backend software just like any USB TV-tuner.
