I'm also hoping you haven't given up on the Lyrebird Skin. Its been over 8 months since an update on the Skin and 5 months since you even replied on this thread even though you've been visiting the site regularly. Really hoping you can update it. Hope you understand we aren't trying to annoy you, but we really are a fan of this skin. Hope all is well and please reply back to us with some sort of an update. You did sound like you would have already updated this months ago, but just disappeared.

Was hoping to see an update or at least some sort of reply back. Very sad It was a good Skin and looked like was going to get even better and now we can't even get you to respond. Please at least reply back to us with what your plans are with the Skin.

I've put in a number of fixes for various things (such as the artist-slideshow which had some changes to it), added info such as episode and subtitle, and better images to the PVR screens, added some alternate full-view music screens,  modified the weather screens to handle some of the more verbose data that the NOAA weather plugin provides (such as a verbose daily forecast, and weather alerts, and the descriptive split-day icons), tweaked some other views to add more data such as icons for quadraphonic/multi-channel music, added "currently playing" data to the home screens, added in a feature to display actor-role images (like thetvdb has) rather than just the same actor image everywhere, added the ability to display custom icons for sources/genes/tags (for when you use smart playlists that you group with them).  Added in a touch-screen mode to add features like a "back/cancel" icons and menu options on a lot of screens and menus so it is easier to use on devices which lack a hardware "back" button.   In general, I like to display a lot of info about the media, so added more info or icons to a lot of the views.  The initial impetus was to display all the extra info provided by NOAA (weather.gov) that is not available elsewhere, but once you start changing things, it's hard to stop whenever you get the thought "hey it would be cool if..."

@randallspicher What are the chances you can implement the changes Rufoo talked about doing with the changes to the Haze Overlays and the toggle switch to turn it off/on depending how people liked for viewing pleasure? I figure he has no plans to do this anymore since he's completely abandoned his skin and hasn't even had any little bit of a kind notion of replying back to anyone. It's sad.

I'm not familiar with the "Haze Overlays", so not really sure. I can look into it I suppose.  Note that if it is a gaming thing, I'm not really set up to test it, as I don't use my kodi devices for gaming (Vero4k on the TV and an android tablet) What are that Haze Overlays?

Just thought I'd make a note that I pushed a new version my my fork (Lyrebird Rmod) for those of you who are using it.

I added in the ability to select resource bundles for genre icons (on top of the ability to use your own icons by selecting a directory to grab them from).  Note that when browsing by Tags or Sources (music)  it also uses the genre icons, so you can add icons for those as well.

There's probably a bunch of other fixes from the last time I posted as well.

Lyrebird-Rmod v1.0.0-r22 (in Matrix branch) should have the poster fix in it.  (at least in most views, I might have missed some)
Everything works for me in Matrix except for some dependency related things (such as extended info script)

Really appreciate you keeping this great skin going, and the work that the others did in developing it.
