Not been able to connect to plugin repository for a couple of months

Hi, I'm running Kodi on a Raspberry Pi. Over the last month or so I have had difficulty running the tvdb scanner and when I go to install the available updates (tvdb, moviedb and youtube), it doesn't get anywhere, just fails. I've searched for a long time so posting here is not done lightly. The error logs show:

Code:

I've tried (on various different vpn countries (I use PIA) and on my regular australian ISP) manually curling these urls and get Not Found errors, and tried to access these urls through the browser and get the same. If I try to access http://mirrors.kodi.tv/addons/ I get either a 404 or a 403 forbidden error from the redirected url

I'm assuming that there is something corrupted in my local database or something like that, which is not updating to the correct repo url? Otherwise I would imagine a lot of people would complain about this. Any ideas what I can try? I've tried removing youtube (I can't remove tvdb) and reinstalling but no joy

Any help? I've updated Jessie and every available package to the latest

Debug Log needed. Possibly with curl component logging enabled

The versions mentioned at the log snippet above are horribly outdated.

Would be interesting to see which OS is involved.

Moved to RaspberryPi support.

ah really? I've not long updated these plugins (ie in the last 3 months) so I don't know how that's possible unless the package management (?) is serving up old packages perhaps

The version of raspbian is as follows,

Distributor ID:    Raspbian
Description:    Raspbian GNU/Linux 8.0 (jessie)
Release:    8.0
Codename:    jessie

Which i guess is 3 years old (even tho it was fresh a year ao)

I've been considering wiping and reinstalling an OS, perhaps that would be easier

I would at least try to update the specific scrapers. Depending on the Kodi version in use (which we don´t know yet as well, as the logfile is still missing), make sure you have at least kodi 17.6 installed.
