I have a Panasonic Viera TV and I'm using the remote through CEC on a raspberry pi 3b+ running the latest osmc build with everything up to date.
The Inter key delay is somehow set at a second or more but I found no way to change it through the setting/system/input/peripherals menu in kodi. I found a preset delay of 300 ms (set by default) and a repeat of 0 ms. I tried to decrease the 300 to 50 ms but it doesn't work. I also tried to change the repeat time setting it higher (40ms) but it doesn't change a thing. The strange thing is that if I leave the remote untouched for a few minutes when I use it again it is fast as usual... Then few moments later it starts lagging again.
I really can't understand why.
