Using it on Himedia box with a limited Remote Controller (not have keyboard with it), not sure how to get the Logs there.

If the library backup is meant as "export the library", then the sources.xml is not covered by that backup. The export library function does nothing more than creating nfo files and exporting the artwork (if chosen) next to the videos at the source.

On other machines, if you have added the same source, you could import those nfo files to have the same content with the same informations on all your machines. It also doesn't matter if you either setup a scraper on the other machines or use "nfo only" on them as Kodi will always search for an existing nfo file on your source and choose that if available before Kodi scrapes online.

If you have multiple machines and probably a NAS you could also spend a thought on a centralized MySQL database to keep everything in sync. Using a MySQL db gives you the option to have watched states, resume points and such in sync over all connected devices. See the MySQL wiki for further informations if you are interested.
