I use kodi vu+/enigma client on mibox3 and a gi set top box. We can watch only the same channel on the box and the set top box at the same time. Is there any set top box whereby i can connect more kodi vu+/enigma klient, and i can watch different channel at the same time? (More tuner?)

Sure there is, if you go as far as the Vu+ Ultimo4K you can have 16 satellite tuners and 2 DVB-T

It's more a factor of how much you want to spend. VU+ is the most expensive brand, there are many others which cost less. Just have a search online for Enigma2 set top boxes.
