Hello, I have some problem using my Amazon Fire TV (not Stick). Is 2nd generation and I have done some routing on it, at the time I had bought the box, it was difficult to install Kodi on it.
Anyway, I wanted to know if there is a way to make power on and control on Kodi. On amazon fire tv it works, on main aplication, if I restart the box and stay on TV as long as the box is restarting, CEC works. If I open Kodi after that, CEC works. If the device enter sleep whyle Kodi is on, CEC is disabled. If the device is enter sleep while main program of box is on, CEC works ok.
I have Kodi 16 because I have Android 4.1 on the box.
I was thinking about buying a CEC adaper, but if the box has this feature I think is a waste of money.
