I spent a bit of time working out the current state of plugin.program.advanced.launcher as it seems like 3 years since angelcry's repo was pulled.
I've managed to re-activate the scraper for thegamesdb.net using their new API and got started on the footing for taking over maintenance of the plugin. You will need an API key from them to get this working.
