Hello, I am sending you a screenshot of the current network settings in the Nbox Decoder. I am asking you with a very kind request for your support. Please write what to do, ip address did not change in the decoder.

I suggest you contact the company that provided/sold you the Nbox 2850st decoder. If it is malfunctioning for whatever reason, it is not Kodi who should give support for free.

If the Nbox 2850st decoder has certain exporting capabilities so the channel list can be saved on USB or other storage solutions, then that is a start.

FYI: use the 'i' button in the menu bar of the forum's text editor. It will upload images/screenshots directly onto imgur.com and return a URL in this editor. There is no need to share everything with Google.

Last try, what about this URL:

http://192.168.100.8:8888/web/deviceinfo

If the above doesn’t work I doubt there is a way to get this working unless you know the port OpenWebIf runs on.

As suggested you should contact the manufacturer or image producer and take direction from them.
