I'm getting this popping up in a message box when starting ServerWMC now:-
ServerWMC Error
UId UIdI_UIdKey: InsertRow() failed (attempt 0 of 10) for (1, ......................<really long number>......- HR = 0x80004005, minor = 25104, 2049, 0, 0, "", "", ""

I hit OK then it runs up but no longer works. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted data folder etc, to no avail. Any clues much appreciated.

Please post your serverwmc log on pastebin (or whatever).  You can find it on the debug tab, or failing that you can find it here:
%programdata%\vdsoftware\serverwmc\serverwmc.log
