I went to Settings > Player Settings > Language > Subtitles > Enable parsing for closed captions

And watch ABC, NBC, and CW.. No closed captioning at all. Help ?

What did you install Kodi on? A fishtank, a refrigerator, a coffee maker..? Yes, it is important.

A debug log (wiki) always helps.

I am too new to it. My Kodi version is the latest. Subtitle.org worked fine with movies.. As I said before.. I enable parsing closed captioning for TV.. Not the movie. Now.. I watched ABC news, CBS, CW and etc.. Still no closed caption at all. 

I compared to tv cable in my living room for CW etc and they have closed captioning. Kodi doesn't.
