I have tested this problem with several MKV files and it fails in all of them. I put the mediainfo of two of them:

But when I play the media, Kodi never turns on the subtitles.

I have installed kodi beta version (v18) but the problem is the same. What I don't understand is that Kodi detects the subtitles and detects that they are forced but doesn't show them. Why? Can't anyone help me? Is this a bug to report on github?
