ATTENTION API CHANGE ON HBO GO SIDE
What is affected: Retrieval of home lists (recommendations, editor prepared lists, featured, ecc)
What is not affected: Standard lists (Series, Movies), Search, My List, Playback, all other functions
A recent api change on HBO Go side (Eu region is affected, Nordic/Spain should be fine) prevent the retrieval of the home list categories in the add-on, instead an error message is given from hbo go that a "
new version of the app should be used to access the content".
The Series, Movies, Search and My list categories will still work so the add-on can still be used to find and watch content.
The message can be ignored for now. Obviously, until an update is ready the home screen lists (recommendation lists/ featured ecc) will not be shown. To prevent the message you can go to the add-on configuration -> Home Category -> and activate the option "Group Home lists in special category" (last one on that setting page). That will prevent an automatic read of the home lists and the annoying error message every time the add-on home screen is accessed until the update is ready.
