I am going to publish new python library for KODI now

so I tried to commit new library to xbmc/repo-scripts.git repo

but I am getting error message : remote: Permission to xbmc/repo-scripts.git denied

I think I should work as a KODI team member, is this right?

if yes, what should I do? How can I join the KODI team?
