I am having a similar issue, not sure what changed though I think this started a couple weeks ago when kodi auto updated.  Now the log I will post is from a previous working version of Kodi with sling.tv, I get an error when selecting "guide", it gives out a uEPG error.  https://paste.kodi.tv/demufojoxa

Since pluto.tv uEPG works just fine I suspect sling changed something on their end.  The sling.tv addon does work otherwise, just the guide function appears to have stopped working.

Not only did the guide stop working, but I also get buffering issues during playback that I wasn't getting before.

Not only did the guide stop working, but I also get buffering issues during playback that I wasn't getting before.  

The guide has zero impact on playback; buffering issues are unrelated. Perhaps a symptom of an underpowered device? As for the errors, I'll push an update to correct them.

Thank you for this add-on.
We use it daily!
It is great that i do not have to leave Kodi for live TV.
Also play back add time shift pause and rewind is better in Kodi than the roku app.

Request- Is it possible to get access to the sling MyTV recordings and favorites folders?

I already verified this with a clean install of 9.0.2 of Libreelc.

Has nothing else but the conf skin and a screensaver addon.

Last time I played with it, maybe a month ago (same LE 9.0.2 ver) it worked fine. But today. I tried to load it after entering new account info in the settings area. I hit the shortcut to launch it but then it goes to the page where files, playlist and video add-ons are listed.

But this is confirmed on both a highly modded setup and a new one with nothing but as I said, the conf skin and a screensaver addon.

Same result, both setups.

The sling app doesnt even load any more. App version 1.0.2

When the app does want to load, I notice a bunch of (2 really) bad request popups lower right. Even then it keeps asking if i have an account. .

Does the Sling TV add-on also work with IPTV Simple, like the PS Vue add-on does? I'm looking for something to replace PS Vue when it goes offline in January, but an absolute must-have is the ability to easily blend it into one list along with my tvheadend OTA channels.
