Indeed, HDR10+ is much more "standard" than DV, it's embedded into the HDR metadatas whereas DV is a totally different layer.
Discs with HDR10+ just revert back to HDR10 if not compatible HDR10+ hardware (TV or player) is detected, it's quite staightforward.
Recently, 20th Century Fox and Universal flicks include HDR10+ on the UHD Blu-Rays : Dark Phoenix, Godzilla, Alita Battle Angel, Hobbs and Shaw all have HDR10+ to name a few.
