Solved Installing Leila

Every time I install Leila, the system shows the 18 screen and then shows a can't support message - and reverts back to 17.6!
I am now on y 4th total uninstall and reinstall.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Could be an add-on issue, or something obscure. Use https://kodi.wiki/view/Windows_FAQ#Portable mode, that way you get to keep your Krypton installation intact and untouched and perhaps leave the problem behind. Follow the link in my signature for advanced logs, section 1.2 Turn on debugging using a file (advancedsettings.xml) will allow you to turn on your log even if Kodi doesn't come alive enough to toggle it in settings. Yes; we need the complete log to see what is going on, using cut&paste techniques post to a public pastebin and link that URL back to this thread.

BTW: it's Leia as in the princess, not the futurama star.

My apologies to the princess Smile
It appears I am up and running now. I did a total uninstall and manual deletion of the roaming directory, then reinstalled and selected a different build which seems to have addressed the problem.
