You should be able to change it via the settings..
Settings..... Appearance...... Regional.... Then language
I am not sure if you need to change the one below to Chinese as well, the Character Set

When you choose China as your regional option, please choose Arial as your font.

Remove arial font in fonts folder in Aeon MQ8...will work, we need fix fonts for main menu, all other areas will work fine. Choose Cyrillic.

I download kodi from win10 store.i set chinese language and “cyrillic” font.it doesn’t work。

You need remove arial font, in fonts folder (inside skin.aeonmq8). BTW, we need fix language to main menu items and context menu too.

I Install kodi app from win10 store，and there is no skin or font folder in userdata like kodi17.
if i need install exe file?

kodi app, have userdata too, where you find skin too.

The path is something like this

Users\your_user_name\AppData\Local\Packages\XBMCFoundation.Kodi_4n2hpmxwrvr6p\LocalState

Here I continue using install alone, I have a few kodi versions installed in portable mode.
