I recently got a Fire Stick, and then realized my Westinghouse TX-42F810G TV doesn't have CEC capability.
I was able to get it up and running with this HDMI splitter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004F9...UTF8&psc=1
However, I can't control the volume or turn the TV on with the Fire Stick's remote.
I bought this remote a while back and never used it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M66...UTF8&psc=1
I was able to plug the dongle into the Fire Stick with this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CXA...UTF8&psc=1
The remote works fine, but I can't find the manual to be able to set up the IR learning so it can control the volume and power also.
Does anyone recognize this remote and know how to set it up? I think it goes by other brands as well.
By the way, I installed LibreElec on a Wetek Play 2 also, and I use it as a TVHeadend server for the Fire Stick, so I can access OTA TV and Netflix on the same device.
