Have you tried the youtube addon? It has widevine and mentions purchased videos.
Not sure if that only covers Youtube Red.

The Youtube App allows you to play Movies bought on the play store.
I still think it doesn't quite belong together with YT.

Music and Movies should be in a more "Netflix style" app in my opinion.
