You can achieve a similar look with MQ 7 by changing the following...

Panel Color - E0101010
Titles Color - FF13BFBF
Media Flags Bar Color - E0101010
Menu Bar Color - 33F8F8F8

Can you confirm that the fonts you included work? I can not seem to get the modern Font working.

Yes, I'm using the modern font. Make sure you copy all the included fonts and xml files to their respective folders.
