Retain watched status when "refresh"ing a library item:
I recently switched scrapers from TVDB to TMDB for my tv show info. Due to problems that occurred, I had to "refresh" tv content to get it working again. Unfortunately this hosed all our watched status'es. I propose adding the option to retain watched status when refreshing. "Refresh"ing content should update the content info, not reset user settings.
Load watched status by default when importing nfo files:
Watched status is exported by default. If it's important enough to export by default, it should be important enough to import by default. By current default a user can export and immediately import their library and it won't be in the same state. User's shouldn't have to fiddle with settings in advancesettings.xml just to get their exported info back. If the info is present, import it, don't ignore it by default.
