Hello, 

what does it mean if a skin contains "visible"s in more than one line? 

.....
[visible]condition_x[/visible]
[visible]condition_y[/visible]
......

Is there an invisible AND condition between the lines or an OR condition or whatever?

If one of those will return false, it will be invisible.
It's sometimes easier to split it in multiple visible conditions before you have a spaghetti condition line.
