im a complete stup.. with hardware configurations, so i came here to get help in this area.

I have a HTPC whit this hardware
Asrock FM2A88X-ITX+
Apu A10 7860k
8 gb ddr3 1666
1tb
This week arrives my new TV ULEAD
A hisense HLE6517RTUI, not yhe best, but good enough for my ..and my pocket

So my question is.. It´s possible to play  4k hdr-10bits - 60hz  movies with my hardware...?

Also i have a Sapphire R7 250 1 gb ddr5 (with a Mini-Display Port 1.2) to attach if it´s necessary..

The video part. Either get a recent discrete AMD graphics card, or get an Android box solution. More info here: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=252916

You need a card, would be cheaper to get an android box. 

It's not even HDR, you have no HEVC acceleration, it won't play any 4k material. You might check the firetv 4k thread, i haven't looked at it but i know those are cheap.
