v19 LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 19.0)

I'm not familiar with VPN Manager - this sounds like a third-party add-on. Please submit the requested log(s).
Texture Cache Maintenance Utility: Preload your texture cache for optimal UI performance. Remotely manage media libraries. Purge unused artwork to free up space. Find missing media. Configurable QA check to highlight metadata issues. Aid in diagnosis of library and cache related problems.

Also note we have a VPN policy (wiki) for Kodi.
It's Zomboided's add-on, installed from his repo.

As it's LE specific, questions on it should be posted on the relevant thread in the LE forum (it's a sticky in their addons section). There's a link to his repo on GitHub in the first post of that thread.

Thanks @DarrenHill.

I agree that for now, given the absence of any relevant logs that would indicate why this add-on is failing, and also the unofficial nature of the add-on, that discussion should continue in the add-on maintainers thread on the LibreELEC forum. If this should turn out to be a Kodi issue then please come back with logs etc.

I'm not sure what you mean - that your RPi is now using 80% memory, or that it has 80% free (and that it had more or less free before)? How are you measuring free/used memory? How much memory did your RPi have with #0524, #0529 and #0607? Is your device an RPi0/RPi1 or RPi2/RPi3/RPi3+? Do you see this difference immediately after booting, or some time later (possible memory leak)?

Why are you rolling back to #0524 and not #0529 - there are changes in #0528 and #0529 that could potentially affect Kodi memory consumption, and both builds pre-date the mega package bump.

These are the memory stats reported by bcmstat.sh on my RPi3+ with #0524, #0529 and #0607 respectively - I'm not seeing any significant memory free/used changes that would suggest an obvious problem:

What add-ons do you have installed? Can you test with a "clean" .kodi (ie. without addons)?

Latest builds eating more memory... I dont know where is the problem, but I see various out of memory and reboots.

Regards,
@Milhouse  Checked situation with reference to being unable to access VPN Manager Add-on in latest nightlies ref earlier post, where it was stated issue occured from nightly build #0528 onwards. (Thanks @tez1)

LibreELEC settings - Kodi.log #0524, Add-on access OK
LibreELEC settings - Kodi.log #0528, Add-on access NOK

Quick look in logs and within #0528 there is keymapping error that is not present in #0524
Code:
2019-06-08 16:04:03.403 T:1615127424 NOTICE: VPN Mgr : (service.py) Addon path is /storage/.kodi/addons/service.vpn.manager/
2019-06-08 16:04:18.823 T:1932140560 ERROR: Keymapping error: no such action 'playmedia("")' defined
Note: Also informed add-on maintainer in libreELEC forum, see HERE
RPi4, (LibreELEC 11.0) hdmi0 -> Philips 55PUS7304 4K TV, hdmi1 -> Onkyo TX-SR608 AV Receiver
Both your logs are the same, for #0524. I think you meant to enter http://ix.io/1Lf6 for #0528.

I'm not sure what change in #0528 would cause the playmedia error - this would really be best answered by the add-on maintainer but apparently he's not interested in helping.

Any chance you could enable debug logging and resubmit the #0524 and #0528 logs as that might include more clues leading up to this error, and maybe someone will have an idea leading to a fix.

Or not, in which case this add-on can remain broken until Kodi 19 is released, and maybe then the maintainer will decide to get involved...

Thanks, apologies I have corrected hyperlink typo in my previous post. Will get on, it to produce kodi.logs with debug switched on.

I tested the #0529 it's  the latest build working fine for me
So the problem is since the #0530
I only have 20% left of free ram on all builds starting to the #0530 and all the others (included the latest) - it happen at the boot / reboot, no app lauch at all
i don't change anything with apps installed, so it's very likely a build issue somewhere
I'm on RBPI3, when i launch your command "bcmstat.sh" i don't have all the details with mem free  / used
can you do a build #0608 with no megabump PR? i will be able to check if it's the problem like i think so.

I don't have an exfat formatted drive (is this what you are using?) but plugging in an USB drive formatted with NTFS is working fine with #0604:

Yes. The drive is exFAT.

Will give the latest version a try.

Thanks for your help and great work!

Same problem here! Only 15% ram free after start kodi.
