I saw that you answer to most of the questions.

I removed my addons from home menu screen and I can't get it back. 

I went through all settings and can't find home window option.

I am using 18.1 kodi..

Please help meee

it depends on the skin you are using.
in the default skin, estuary, select this option:
settings > interface > skin > configure skin > main menu items > add-ons
