Just wondering if someone might be able to help me...

I am running Kodi v17.3 Krypton, OpenElec, via Raspberry Pi

When I turn it on, I get this error "unable to connect to remove server. would you like to continue scanning?" and i can't seem to fix it, i've watched several vids to try and fix it but can't seem to get it to work on mine

I can't seem to connect to Wifi either....when I open system settings and go to "connections" there is nothing there (as in, a totally blank screen, there is nothing to click on)

Does anyone have any advice?

We would need a Debug Log to help diagnose the cause.

But the very first thing you should do is stop using OpenElec as it is a dead project and has not been updated in almost two years. Update to LibreElec then see if the problem persists.
