Trying to installl kodi on mxq pro 4k android 7.1.2 but ever time it says incompatible with this phone any ideas

Follow these steps,
O) On the home screen, click on My Apps
O) Then click on Browser
O) Type http://kodi.tv then press Okay
O) Go to Downloads
O) Select ARM Version
O) Wait for download complete
O) Go to My Apps
O) Go to App Installer
O) Select Local Disk
O) Find Kodi App and press okay to install
O) Click Install on the pop-up dialog box
O) After the installation is complete, click on open
O) On the home screen, click on My Apps
O) Then click on Browser
O) Type http://kodi.tv then press Okay
O) Go to Downloads
O) Select ARM Version
O) Wait for download complete
O) Go to My Apps
O) Go to App Installer
O) Select Local Disk
O) Find Kodi App and press okay to install
O) Click Install on the pop-up dialog box
