Hi I am new in this forum and never used Kodi before. Please can someone help me how to install Kodi on Samsung Smart Tv?

You can't.
Samsung uses a different OS for their TVs and Kodi can only be installed on TVs directly which are using Android as their OS. So you are completely out of luck

Only TV's that run Android can have Kodi directly installed onto them.
I think some Thomson TVs are in that category, but with an older version of Android which would limit the version of Kodi that could be sideloaded onto them.
If you've got a specific model in mind then post details, or just look up yourself what OS it runs (and what version if it is Android).
