Putting together my first TV box system. Kind of a crash course for me in the last few days. After a lot of waffling I've decided to go with an AML-S905X-CC (Le Potato) running CoreELEC. That board does not come with an eMMC module so my question is can I just run off a microSD card or do I need to purchase eMMC storage for it. Thanks.

You should really be asking this sort of stuff on the coreelec forum - anyone who uses the board will see your post there.
The usual answer is that you can run from microsd, but I know zilch about the LePotato.
