I used an add-on years ago that I'm trying to find again.
It has channels that you configure with what shows you want and whether they are random or not, and whatever... It was great.

Aaaaaaand found it... wow, I had to search google with expressions to remove any results with "live" in it.

It's called PseudoTV.
