If they cannot provide what they are promising, then it does not sound like a very genuine, safe or worthwhile website to me. Hence why I removed your URL link in your post.
I took a peek, made a random download, and apparently the credits originally added in that subtitle file we're pretty much butchered up, as if someone else wants to claim them.
Or are you simply here trying to promote your own website, looking at your user name?
