Could it be possible, that tmm scrap the display episode fields for it self? (<displayepisode> <displayseason>)

And another question:
As far as I could see multi-episode files are not supported yet.

Well, multi episodes are supported (to some extend).

What we cannot read currently, are splitted episodes...

Sorry I missed your post.
About the display episode: They are to sort in Special episodes for example:
If You have A Special like 0x03 and it plays between Season 2 and three,
then you can set displayepsiode to Season 3 Episode 1
and it will show up in Season3 *before* Episode 1
