depends on your screen! is is it capable of displaying 1920x1080 but just everything is too small, try to the familiar with font scaling in windows! (in tmm you can increase the font size too)

there are some programs which do not scale their fonts obviously (also after restarting them), they keep to small, being hardly readable or not readable at all. And there are other programs showing the fonts too big then. In TMM...ah, no way to make the fonts smaler (may be 11 pt would be help), only bigger:
