Some movies have 700 Nits others 1000 and some 4000 Nits.. does this Version of Kodi scales this to TV´s max Nits? (my LG OLED C8 e.g. has 900 Nits)
I know madVR has Dynamic HDR and will do this too

No. Your TV will do that.
If you want Madvr to do the tone mapping then you'll need to use Madvr.

No. Your TV will do that.

For some reason i have problem with washed colors now. Nothing changed just restart PC and now there is problem

Maybe Kodi updated some modules by itself?
Try to uninstall it, you can keep your profile folder, and reinstall it and let us know if this fixes your problem.
But having washed colors after just a restart indicates something outside of the area of code I made.
I still need more time to look into it. Having a family reunion this weekend. It's been a long time since I came home.

This is very strange i was rare one that doesn't have problem with washed colors on Ryzen iGPU.
I tried to reinstall, 2.8 version, 2.8 for ryzen, system restore poin for 2 days ago but nothing hepls.
I am going to investigate more what is changed in OS.
