@SilvioLuis12

I don't see what the problem could be. But I will move you to the Windows forum and someone may be able to spot the problem.

Probably will not make a difference, but try changing Desktop Resolution: 1366x768 32Bit at 60Hz to 1920x1080.

The Intel® HD Graphics 5500 adapter is a business-class laptop, and sucks for a multi-media device. With that said, let's see if we can get this device configured, your log has many graphic engine complaints. Instead of pouring over this log looking for some detail, like an input device or CD in the drive, let's install Kodi in portable mode without any add-ons and ensure it's functionality with one video source.

(are you using Kodi as primary on the laptop screen? or do you have a secondary screen?)

I used the primary screen on first time, but I tried on a second screen and the crashes begin, but after on primary screen of notebook, the crashes persist.

I installed kodi on portable mode.

Sad to say these budget laptops are spreadsheet and word process hardware. You didn't include a debug log from that set-up.

If you can't get Kodi up in a stripped down fashion in portable mode, then I'd suggest having a look here https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=252916

Thanks for all the help, but I give up.
One more question, if I format my notebook, it can solve something? Because the first time I used Kodi it worked very well.

Hence my request for a proper debug log from that portable. If you had Kodi up and working, then it should be able to do this consistently, unless you have an o/s issue or some legacy code that has been overwritten by some irritant code. If you can get the interface up, slap it into a windowed mode with the \ slash key.
