Why would TheTVDB return info on "Good Omens S01 2160p HDR Amazon WEBRip DD 5.1 x265-TrollUHD:" ?!
It only wants/needs "Good Omens", and the season and/or episode selection if you want to refresh something individual.
I have no idea why you include the rest of the scene info in the series name.

Rename "The Office (US) Season 1" into "Season 1", and retry.
The same goes for Good Omens.
