I think I found out what was the problem.
It could not use the local information at library update. When I set it to use The Movie DB, it got almost every in there.
I say almost, it is missing 30+ movies, that it could read before.

What is filling up the space, I don`t download anything, other than what Kodi want`s :-)

All my movies etc is on an server,

Now it stops downloading an addon on 4%.

Ended up with going back to SMB.

FTPS is not good enugh in Kodi yet.
It can`t find all movies etc, but a normal FTPS client program will.

SMB just works.
