Here is my settings.xml
I want to hide all elements, until user is not logged in. Elements "Personal Info" and "Settings" hidden on Krypton and Helix, but they visible on Leia.

yup, sadly its a old bug :-) still present in both 18.x and 19.0-alpha 15061 (GH issue) and there is one more with settings 15252 (GH issue)
